Mh Florence Hotel & Spa

Bathroom was great, room was clean and quite modern. Easy and quick access to the train station or to use trams. Breakfast was fantastic!

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast - great choices and superb staff who prepared excellent healthy smoothies in addition to a variety of breakfast options. Spa facilities a hidden gem so be prepared to make your booking on arrival if not informed about it. Also visit the rooftop garden space to relax in (another hidden gem not informed about when booking in!) We extended our stay for 3 days - would recommend to friends and family.

Location, breakfast and the service was very nice, the girls was always smiling, attentive and make you feel comfortable. We love them. Something to say about the cleaning stuff, but next time. The personal from the reception was professional but not so friendly, excepet Ioana. The tram from the aeroport stop in front of the hotel. How convenient!!!! Love it!

Location was pretty good. Close enough to train station. Breakfast was amazing! Best buffet breakfast I can remember having. Lots of variety. The lady there serving coffee was also so lovely. The spa area was nice. Temperatures could have been a lot warmer, but was nice to have the space private. Room was clean and cosy. Staff were very lovely.

Overall everything, the staff gave us a calm room on the top, but there were some ventilation noises, so they changed the room for us and got us an upgrade. Breakfast is all you could imagine, even fresh ice cream, pancakes, waffles, and honey. Safe parking in a garage and a small extra price for our dog.
